At TheBagHubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
2. Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning an item.Â
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.

- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
- Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at swiftstream90@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address for our US warehouse in Chicago.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Chicago, USA.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as TheBagHubs is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected at our Chicago warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs were free, so only the product cost will be refunded.
- Since our products are under the US de minimis value, typically no duties or taxes are charged on import. Therefore, there are no such fees for TheBagHubs to refund.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
